Delivery, setup and pickup are included. Trailers arrive thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and come fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash cans and trash bags. For larger events, restroom trailer attendants are available for an additional charge.

Each trailer needs one dedicated 110V, 20 amp power source within 50 feet of placement (large trailers need two). If power isn’t available, we can rent you a generator with the trailer. For water, we need a source with 35–50 PSI within 50 feet and a standard ¾″ garden hose fitting. Every trailer also has an onboard water tank — if a hose would be unsightly, we can fill the tank and remove the hose at no extra charge, as long as we can fill it at the venue.

Proper setup requires a relatively level, dry area. Please make sure there’s adequate clearance from overhanging tree branches both at the placement spot and along the route to reach it.

Yes. We’ll email you the agreement — simply open it, review it, fill in the required fields including your e-signature, and press send. No printing or faxing. Please note we can’t reserve a trailer until we receive the signed agreement.

About a week before your event, we’ll send a scheduling email. For weekend events we typically deliver Wednesday through Saturday. Choose at least three dates and times that work for you (more is great), and we’ll send a delivery confirmation.

Cash, check, or any major credit or debit card. Payment details are included on the emailed invoice at the time of reservation.

It depends on your guest count, event length, and whether alcohol is served. Share those details in your quote request and we’ll recommend the right unit — or combination of units — so lines stay short all night.

Yes. Our ADA trailers are not just accessible but ADA compliant, meeting or exceeding the permanent structure criteria of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Each includes one ADA compliant unisex bathroom plus two standard private bathrooms.

Yes. We support long-term construction projects, bathroom remodels and disaster response/recovery efforts with restroom trailers, shower trailers, hand wash stations and holding tanks, including recurring pumping and restocking.

Spring and fall weekends book up quickly, especially for weddings. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date — but call us even on short notice. We’ve rescued more than one event a week out.
